They wanted to do an addition, but we found the space they needed without it

This small ranch on a slab foundation was previously used as a rental, and when the owners wanted to move in they were trying to figure out how they could get a primary suite with a full bathroom and a walk-in closet. We took the 3rd bedroom and turned it into everything they dreamed of, without breaking the bank. It went from 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom to 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the home was completely updated in the process- new doors, new floors, new ceilings, and new walls. It looks and feels like a brand new home and it gives these homeowners everything they wanted without overbuilding for the neighborhood.
