They wanted a new kitchen. Instead, they got a better house.

This home had a previous addition (or 2) that left it choppy with a floorplan that no longer worked for this family. We re-thought the space and created a layout that just made everything flow better, and gave them space for a huge new kitchen and expansive dining room to entertain family and friends, along with a new powder room and a new home office. Truly an amazing transformation and way better than new.
